Cindy Biggs is a global communications expert with over 30 years of experience across international markets, including two decades in Latin America and ten years in Europe. Her background spans journalism, marketing, and service as a U.S. diplomat, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and talent development. She began training as a Family Constellations facilitator in 2005 and brings a systemic lens to complex business and leadership challenges, specializing in organizational constellations. After returning to the U.S. in 2022, Cindy founded Systemix Consulting and partnered with ZuluOne, where she serves as a facilitator and practice lead—coordinating workshops, retreats, and communications while ensuring the integrity and flow of the work for participants.

John Acosta is the founder of ZuluOne, a Family Constellations facilitator, and host of the ZuluOne Podcast. Introduced to the work in 2008, he has spent years developing and applying the modality to address generational trauma across individuals, organizations, and communities. Drawing on his background as a military veteran, father, and business leader, he brings a disciplined, direct approach that makes complex systemic dynamics clear and actionable. His work focuses on uncovering and shifting entrenched patterns to create real movement and lasting change, both in personal systems and organizational environments.

Alicia Acosta is a wife, mother, educator, and author, and Family Constellations practitioner. She integrates nearly two decades of experience with the modality, first encountered in Romania. As a facilitator, she brings a grounded, intuitive presence, helping participants uncover and realign patterns within their family and life systems. Alicia’s ability to help people heal from hidden generational trauma is also evident in song circles, where she uses her voice as a direct instrument to support emotional release, regulation, and deeper connection within the field. Drawing on her study of Shamanic practices with Eric Lopez, Alicia incorporates ritual, movement, and reflection into retreats and workshops, creating space for insight, healing, and connection to the larger field.
